This sector is highly responsible for propelling India's overall development and enjoys intense focus from Government for initiating policies that would ensure time-bound creation of world class infrastructure in the country.

CSA Group has successfully diversified into the infrastructural sector exploring new opportunities and currently working on different projects.

Modernization of State Bus Terminal of a major Religious & Tourist Gateway:

State City Transport & Bus Stand Management & Development Authority has signed a Concession Agreement with one of the entities of CSA Group (concessionaire) wherein the latter must engage in the Development, Operation and Maintenance of the integrated Modern Bus Terminal on DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer) basis.

An entity of CSA Group has undertaken planning, designing, financing, engineering, upgrading , construction, management and operation of the Modern Bus Terminal for commercial use, essentially aimed at providing world-class infrastructure with quality services to the passengers.

Spread across a considerable area, the project has been taken up under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model to accelerate the development of the Infrastructure Sector in the States, boost tourism, generate significant interest from international investors and provide superior quality services and facilities for ease of travel and lodging for passengers.

Development of Commercial Complex and Car Parking:

In addition to modernization of the Bus Terminal, the Group has contracted with the State Government for the development of a Multi-Level Commercial Complex with world-class facilities and well-developed car parking at the upcoming Bus Terminal.

The Group is working on restructuring, rehabilitation, redefinition and on new constructions for all types of public and private commercial projects.
